I'm curious, could you add the ability to download our own presets and put them in a folder so only our favorites can play in a loop? Great work on this! I loved milk drop on Winamp, so I'm really happy to see it on iOS devices. When it is available, it would be great if it also supported input from the microphone. It just isn't smooth enough to play via AirPlay. Two suggestions: - make it available for appletv. I miss it! By far the best music visualization app!!! I absolutely loved the original milkdrop for Winamp and it's awesome to now have this available on iOS.

Oh wellbut while that would be awesome to implement I would still be content with at least just a patch getting it to load music again. Please, please, please update this app so I can have it back! I would even pay for it again. Huge disappointment as I really miss zoning out to this amazing app. My files are DRM free, and synced in manually through iTunes. Do not waste your money until they update it. Unfortunately, it is completely broken in iOS 12 and has been for over a year. One of my favorite apps for years, it is outstanding. Looking for the latest code and releases? This project is now maintained over at GitHub. I found the ubuntu wik about it, but the plugin did not show, I guess because I installed amarok later than the plugin. Can't rate support, yet, but give me a couple of days. It's a shame it doesn't get much love lately. Have fun getting this to compile and work on a Mac! I mean, it will "load" and "play" the presets, but no one has been able to get the textures to load properly, and even worse: the v2 features that LACK support are all the most beautiful and captivating visuals you know All you see when those presets play is anything else like a waveform dancing about or something. It is backward compatible with all the features of Milkdrop 1. I'm very excited to see where folks take the source code, and to witness the unlocking of a whole new level of preset awesomeness.You seem to have CSS turned off. just imagine how lame MilkDrop would be if it only included the presets that I originally authored for it! I want to thank you all immensely for your critical contributions. I look at some of these presets and they just fill me - and countless others - with awe. you've made it do things that I never dreamed it could do. I have to say, it's been absolutely amazing to see what the preset authoring community here has done with MilkDrop 1 and 2. It builds in Visual Studio 2008 or later - just open vis_milk2\milkdrop_DX9.sln, and it should build right away (all dependencies are locally included). Thanks mainly to the efforts of Ben Allison at Nullsoft, MilkDrop 2 has, at long last, been open-sourced! (He was also kind enough to allow me to make the announcement here.
